Marinduque State College (MSC): Soon to be the only University In
Marinduque
Boac, Marinduque- September 28, 2012-
Marinduque State College presently aiming for university hood starts with
passing of the University Bill (HOUSE BILL NO. 04457 Introduced by
Congressman Lord Allan Jay Q. Velasco) to the Congress. This bill seeks the conversion of the Marinduque State College (MSC)
including its Satellite Campuses in the Province of Marinduque into a State
University to be known as the Marinduque State University (MSU).
MSC the premiere college in the province as it
aims for university hood showed enormous unprecedented developments during the past few years which
would be redoubled by the future university to realize its mission and vision
to produce quality graduates, competitive in their fields. Showing how well we are in providing quality
education through board passers in different fields. This college has the capability to
hit its mark and be able to implement framework of policies that would make it
a model to other universities in the future.
Providing the students with privilege
to learn more than what they have signed for. When that time comes that this
educational institution would be fortunate to hit its mark of becoming the only
university in the province of Marinduque, too fortunate are those who would be
here in time for the university hood of the college. For the reason that the
more dimension it adheres, the more wisdoms of horizon of knowledge they would
acquire.
